Vo&Gu：Roxy（ロキシー） Vo：Diana（ディアーナ） 「エレクトロ×パンクロック」デュオ アメリカ、イギリス、パリ、など海外で活動。 現在、日本でも活動開始。 ーーーー ２０１９年結成。 それまでRoxyはパンクロックバンドやソロで、Dianaはスピリチュアルシンガーとして、東京を中心に活動。 お互いのキャラクター、世界観、影響力を合わせて世界に向けて発信するため、Rising to DRAGONBLUEを結成。 結成後すぐに海外に拠点を移す。 アメリカ（NY）、イギリス（London）、フランス（Paris）へ行き渡り、ライブ活動をはじめとする楽曲制作や撮影などの活動も行う。 初めて訪れた場所でも、観客が一瞬で魅了されていく姿が話題になる。 2022年はロンドンを中心に、リバプールや、イギリス最大のロックフェスが行われている都市グラストンベリーなどを周り、ライブ活動を行う。 エネルギッシュなステージが会場を一瞬で熱狂させる。 地元ミュージシャンからも「incredible」「Amazing JapaneseTalent」と大絶賛。 現在は、海外と日本を行き来しながら活動中☆
