Daisy Jaine(デイジー・ジェイン) 2017年に兵庫県で結成。Rio(Vo/Gt)とJuon(Dr)によるサイケデリックポップ・バンド。 18歳から23歳までアメリカ・ボストンで過ごしたRioは現地の音楽やアート、そしてカルチャーに触れることにより、海外のネオサイケデリック・シーンと共鳴する壮大なサウンドスケープと、60年代を彷彿とさせる色彩豊かなメロディーセンスを掛け合わせたタイムレスな音楽性へと昇華。 2017年10月に全国流通盤1st EP『Under the Sun』をDead Funny Recordsよりリリース。神戸で毎年開催される音楽フェス『COMING KOBE21』のオーディションで見事グランプリを獲得し、フェスへの出演を果たす。そして2021年11月に2nd EP『Banksia』をFRIENDSHIP.よりリリースした。 音楽の枠組みを拡張するサイケデリックなアート性により、ジャンルの固定概念を超えた音楽を追求し続けている。 Hailing from Japan, Daisy Jaine are a three-piece psychedelic band consisting of Rio (vocals and guitar), Yokoyama (bass), and Juon (drums). During his years spent overseas in Boston, frontman Rio began developing his signature sound. This pivotal moment in his life influencing his music both sonically and lyrically. Daisy Jaine released their first EP “Under the Sun” via Dead Funny Records in October 2017. Their second EP “Banksia” releases November 17th, 2021.
