現在日本を拠点とするベルギー出身のシンガーソングライター、フラヴィオ・ジェロムは、世界中を旅しながら音楽を制作してきた。「ヨーロッパの首都」(ベルギー、ブリュッセル）から始まり、多彩な音楽シーンが取り巻くロンドン、そして人々あふれる大都市、東京へ。若い頃から、彼の世界は音楽を中心に展開してきた。高校卒業して間もなく日本へ移住し、ドラマーとしてのアンダーグラウンドミュージックシーンを経験。当時のバンドメンバーはドラマーだった彼のボーカル及び作詞作曲に対する愛情を後押しした。その情熱を胸にロンドンに移り、カムデンタウンの薄汚れたライブ会場や活気あるパブで、フロントマンとして演奏した。 その後、日本に戻り、2016年より喧騒の大都会、東京にある七針スタジオと高知県の山奥の自作のスタジオを往復しながらデビューアルバムのレコーディングを開始。プロデューサーにデヴィッド・ノートン（ベル・アンド・セバスチャン、ロビー・ウィリアムス）、マスタリングにアビーロードスタジオのクリスチャン・ライト（エド・シーラン、ベアーズデン）を迎え、ついに2019年秋にアルバム『ムービング・イン・スローモーション』をリリースする。明るいポップなトラック「オン・ユア・サイド」からソウルを感じさせるバラード「インビンシブル」、そしてロック由来のアンセム「トーク・トゥー・マイセルフ」まで、ゆったりとした楽曲の心地よさに引き込まれる。
