ALL CITY3枚目のシングルとなる今作"Disgrace sun"は作詞者、作曲者のKD(Vo.)の怒りを体現した作品となっている。 中国人と中国残留孤児2世の親という特殊な環境下で育ったKDの思想を反映したものである。 その左傾した思想は人々にとって幸なるものか、不幸なるものかは誰にも知り得ないがただ一つ言えることは自分の言いたいことをストレートに吐き散らし、特定の人物、政党に対してディスを入れる。 まさにALL CITYのスタイルを具現化したシングル曲をいっても過言ではない。
アーティスト情報
ALL CITYは、メッセージ性を核に据えたニューメタルバンド。 中国残留孤児3世でもあるVo.KDを中心に 2000年代初頭のヒップホップ、ニューメタルに強く影響を受けたサウンドを展開する。 幼少期からクラシックピアノに親しみ、15歳でバンド活動を開始。10代の頃から「海外で戦えるバンドを作る」というビジョンを抱き、18歳で上京、19歳で単身渡米。 LAでの音楽経験を経て、日韓ハーフでもあるS.Y(Gt.)に迎え入れALL CITYを結成。 アメリカ村DROPを中心に精力的にライブを行い、海外アーティストの来日公演のサポートアクトにも抜擢されるなど注目を集める。 ライブ会場では外国人の支持も厚く、国境を超えたエネルギーとリアルなメッセージを武器に活動を続けている。
