Come Homeまでを第１フェーズとするならば、このTrue BelieverをきっかけにClarityは第２フェーズに移ったと言える。テクニカルな楽器パートは引き継ぎながらも、それまでのどこか切ない雰囲気とはガラッと変わり、明るくポップでダンサブルに仕上がった。 MVもピンクが目を引き、ファニーな演出になっている。
