楽曲解説
Coves 2nd Single「Night on the Planet」の表題曲。 同タイトルの映画、『ナイト・オン・ザ・プラネット』（Night on Earth）は1991年に制作されたジム・ジャームッシュ監督のオムニバス作品。世界各地の都市を舞台に、タクシードライバーと乗客の人間模様を描いたこの物語をオマージュし、三曲入りのシングルが「夜」をテーマにしたオムニバスとなっている。

2019年4月結成。 メンバーは、織田智義(Gt / Vo)、佐藤匠(Ba / Cho)、加藤史崇(Dr)の3人編成。 「オルタナ・シティポップ」「洋画をモチーフにした楽曲」をテーマに、東京・下北沢周辺にて活動。
