東京都内を中心に活動するDARK WAVE ELECTROバンド。 ジャンルはこだわりがなく、楽曲ごとにコンセプトが異なるのが特徴。 2004年のクリスチャンディオール春夏コレクションへの楽曲提供やELECTRO CLASHのラリーTEEとの交流など、都内のクラブ、ライブハウス等で国内外で精力的に活動。 自ら主催するイベント、ナイトプラネット（1996~）を不定期で開催。
