アーティスト情報

Killer Beach

2021年結成、宮城発のオルタナティブロックバンド・Killer Beach。ガレージロック、UKロックをルーツとした衝動的なギターサウンドに乗せて、日本人の琴線に触れるキャッチーなメロディを奏でる。2022年に1stアルバム『THE FIRST』をリリース。CDショップ・The Domesticにて即完、タワーレコード各店舗の”タワクル”にて1位を獲得するなど、地元宮城や東京のインディーシーンで反響を呼ぶ。アルバム収録曲「Falling down」のMVはYouTube上で1万再生を突破し、SNS上で広く拡散された。2023年からボーカル・山下以外のメンバーを一新した4人体制で活動している。2024年には1stアルバムを踏襲しつつも、ジャンルの垣根を越えるようなロックを詰め込んだ2ndアルバム「and the good…」をリリースし、再び話題を呼んだ。同年にはmonogatary.comとのタイアップ曲もリリースしている。 Formed in 2021, Killer Beach is an alternative rock band from Miyagi, Japan who play catchy melodies hitting the heartstrings of Japanese people with their impulsive guitar sound rooted in garage rock and UK rock. Since 2023, they have been active as a four-piece band with all members except for vocalist Yamashita.
