祖父は詩吟の師範、両親はバンドマンという音楽一家に生まれる。小林武史から大きな影響を受け、大学で西洋・日本哲学を学ぶ傍ら、セッションジャズにも傾倒し、神戸にてロックバンドの一員としてライブ活動を開始。その後、大阪・東京・メルボルンでの音楽活動を通じて、自らの思想・サウンドを確立。サウンド面では、60年代や90年代の音楽から強い影響を受け、ローファイやアンビエントを基盤に、映画に合うようなストーリー性を感じさせる楽曲を制作。シンプルでありながらも奥行きのある音作りを追求し、聴き手の感情に寄り添うサウンドを目指す。ミニマリズムやニューエイジ思想、マインドフルネス、岡本太郎の哲学をキーワードに、音楽だけでなくアートワークやコンセプトにもこだわりを持つ。懐かしさと廃れない洗練さを両立させることをテーマに、独自の世界観を表現している。
